Healing is a process
True healing is freedom from the old emotional charge. That doesn't mean you never will feel discomfort again, or forget what has happened to you. But, the reaction to the old memories is gone. When true healing happens, then what once triggered anxiety, anger or sadness has transformed to an experience of neutrality, ease, and acceptance
Healing with support from others is teamwork
It is not to get someone to fix you, as is also impossible
In the team each do their part
You are the boss and decide where you wish to go
I can guide you, support you and be part of your cheerleading squad
When we cooperate in this way, with you leading
and me guiding and supporting you, the result can
